Integrated profiling of lung tumor FFPE samples

The following mutations were identified in 16 FFPE lung samples profiled:

Simultaneous analysis of samples with specific genotype revealed activation of the ERK MAPK pathway at the phospho-protein level in samples with activating KRAS mutations, as would be predicted.
