SPEAKER: Ciara Martin, PhD, Field Application Scientist, NanoString

Jun 19, 2018

11:30am - 1:00pm PST
LOCATION: University of California, San Francisco
Genentech Hall S201

Dr. Ciara Martin received her Ph.D. from UCLA in Molecular Toxicology in 2014. Her thesis work combined molecular, genetic and live-imaging approaches to characterized gene-environment interactions implicated in Parkinson's Disease. In this seminar, Dr. Martin will highlight:

• nCounter® Neuropathology and Neuroinflammation Gene Expression Panels
• Performing highly multi-plexed gene and protein expression analysis with a single FFPE section
• Capabilities in high-plex protein profiling with morphological context using Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP)
