Recent advances in flow and mass cytometry have greatly expanded the number of parameters that can be interrogated, resulting in improved understanding of the immune system. However, deeper analysis of immunological processes require increasingly sophisticated approaches. To help address this need, we developed 3D Flow™ Analysis, a streamlined workflow that integrates standard cell sorting with NanoString™ nCounter® analysis. This workflow enables the highly multiplexed digital detection of 770 RNA and 30 proteins from a single sample.
