Understanding tissue heterogeneity is critical to answering key biological questions in translational research. NanoString’s GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) combines the best of spatial and molecular profiling technologies. This unique combination of high-plex, high-throughput spatial profiling enables researchers to rapidly and quantitatively assess the biological implications of the heterogeneity within tissue samples.

KIGene is a well-established node at Karolinska Institute with more than twenty-five years experiences of running a core facility. The facility offers genetic analyses, covering DNA sequencing, gene expression and genotyping, as well as epigenetic analysis mainly aiming at small to medium size projects. KIGene is currently introducing the GeoMX® DSP platform from enabling Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) of RNA and proteins. 

GeoMx® DSP combined with the ACD RNAscope™ in situ hybridization technology offers a powerful workflow for highly multiplexed, spatially resolved gene expression analysis.

This event provides the chance to learn more about the platform as well as the capabilities at KIGene.
