All of the consumables and reagents required to set up the hybridization and Prep Station are provided in the nCounter Master Kit and come ready to load, no reagent preparation or dilutions are required.
The nCounter Master Kit will save you time and money by providing all of the consumables and reagents you need to perform any NanoString assay. Our Master Kits include only the highest-quality materials that have been been specifically designed to perform reliably on the nCounter Analysis System. With each Master Kit order you receive the nCounter Cartridges, Prep Plates and Prep Pack which includes racked tips and foil piercers, 12-tube strips, strip tube caps, tube sheaths, cartridge well seals and hybridization buffer. Master Kits are available in packs of 48 or 192 assays.
nCounter Cartridge
Twelve samples can be processed in a single nCounter Cartridge. Cartridges can be stored for up to 6 months at –20°C.
nCounter Plate Pack
Prep Plates are foil sealed 96-well plates that are used by the nCounter Prep Station. Each plate contains wash buffers, magnetic beads, immobilization, and imaging reagents. Plates can be stored for up to 6 months at 4°C.
nCounter Prep Pack
The nCounter Prep Pack includes racked tips and foil piercers, 12-tube strips, strip tube caps, tube sheaths, cartridge well seals and hybridization buffer. nCounter Prep Packs can be stored at room temperature.
