The nCounter Analyisis System can be ordered as a complete system or you can order the nCounter Prep Station and Digital Analzyer separately to meet your workflow needs.

NOTE:  miRNA and miRGE background subtraction adjustments will be automatically applied during import into nSolver. For miRNA CodeSets delivered prior to October 25th, 2011, these legacy RCC files must be converted to the new RCC format for import into nSolver. Contact nSolverSupport@nanostring.com in order to have the nSolver Support team convert your legacy miRNA files to the new format.

nCounter Gene Expression Panels are off the shelf preassembled CodeSets. CodeSet Panels come with all of the consumables to perform the assay.

Gene Expression Custom CodeSets are available in 48 Assays, 96 assays, 192 Assays and then increasing increments of 192 assays.  Custom CodeSet pricing is matrix based, with the price per data point declining with increasing numbers of genes and numbers of samples assayed.  Please contact an Account Manager to get a quote for your project.

nCounter miRNA Expression Kits are off-the-shelf preassembled CodeSets covering miRNA transcript targets. The kit comes with a miRNA Sample Preparation Kit, the miRNA CodeSet, and all of the consumables to perform the assay

The NanoString nCounter Leukemia Fusion Gene Expression Assay Kit enables researchers to profile a comprehensive set of fusion genes and biomarkers which result from balanced translocations in different leukemia sub-types.  The kit includes all consumables required to run the assay on the nCounter Analysis System.

nCounter Virtual Gene Sets are comprehensive gene lists for the study of genetic pathways, disease states and biological processes. CodeSets built from the Virtual Gene Sets are made-to-order and rapidly shipped.   NanoString provides all of the reagents and consumables to run the assay in the nCounter Master Kit, which must be ordered separately.

The nCounter Master Kit contains all reagents, sample cartridges and consumables necessary for processing your custom CodeSet.  Master Kits are packaged for processing 48 Assays or 192 Assays. Once you determine the number of samples would like to run, your Account Manager will give you a quote for the number of corresponding Master Kits to complete your project.
