Scientists now have the power to look at more genes, across more samples, and do it faster and more cost-effectively.
1. Hybridization
Add buffer, CodeSet and sample into a strip tube and hybridize in a heat block overnight.
2. Post-Hybridization Processing
Place the strip tubes onto the automated nCounter Prep Station with reagents and consumables from the nCounter Master Kit. Then push "start."
3. Digital Data Acquisition
After processing on the nCounter Prep Station is complete, transfer your sample cartridge to the nCounter Digital Analyzer for automated data collection.
